Roofing Project for Hotel Osadía
At the Hotel Osadía, located in Gran Vía (Madrid) on the rooftop, it needed to cover a double use: to be able to enjoy the space to install its swimming pool but at the same time to enjoy the most relaxing moments during dinner or the celebration of events.
With our movable floor, it has been possible for the roof to fulfill both functions. It is a spectacular swimming pool, where you can relax watching the skyline of Madrid; or, on the contrary, to be the perfect setting to celebrate a party, events and be a benchmark in Madrid’s restaurants.
Cover Model
With our custom-developed Victoria cover, you’ll have a completely even space when the pool is closed. However, when you descend the platform, steps are formed to access the pool. While the rigid, unstaggered part descends to the bottom of the pool.
