Currently you have the standard plan, or in other words, a total warranty period of two years from the time of your purchase.
After the warranty period, we recommend that you sign up for one of our plans
maintenance. If you do not want to purchase a plan, you will not be able to benefit from any of our after-sales services.
– Included for all customers for the purchase of the platform.
– Valid for two years from installation.
– Repairs included during this period, as long as it is due to a factory error.
– After two years, maintenance visits and repairs are not included.
– You still have a two-year warranty from the installation of the cover.
– Annual maintenance visit carried out by our technical department to ensure the proper functioning of the platform. It incorporates the leveling, adjustment, cleaning and greasing of tensioners.
– Included Labor and travel in the maintenance visit.
– In the event of a breakdown, this plan has a 50% discount on parts and 50% on labor. Transportation to the facilities is not included.
– Maximum 72 hours of technical support (conditions permitting)
– You still have a two-year warranty from the installation of the cover.
– Annual maintenance visit carried out by our technical department to ensure the proper functioning of the platform. It incorporates the leveling, adjustment, cleaning and greasing of tensioners.
– Full coverage in parts and labor with a limit of up to 10,000 Euros.
– Labor and travel included, both in the maintenance visit and in possible repairs.
– Maximum 24 hours of technical assistance (48 hours for the islands and as long as conditions allow it).
