Roofing Project for Osadía Hotel
In the Hotel Osadía, located in Gran Vía (Madrid), the rooftop needed to cover a double use: to enjoy the space to install its swimming pool but at the same time to enjoy the most relaxing moments during the dinner or the celebration of events.
With our movable floor, it has been possible for the rooftop to fulfill both functions. Being a spectacular swimming pool, in which to relax watching the skyline of Madrid; or on the contrary to be the perfect setting to celebrate a party, events and be a benchmark in the Madrid restoration.
Cover Model
With our custom-developed Victoria cover, you will have a completely uniform space when the pool is closed. However, when the platform descends, steps are formed to access the pool. While the rigid part, not staggered, descends to the bottom of the pool.
